Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Conduct data collection and session note submission while collaborating with peers and supervisors. Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and arrive promptly to appointments. Monday to Friday with weekends as needed; up to 25% travel required. RBT certification and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder are required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location
- Must be prompt to appointments
- Up to 25% travel
