Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes while collaborating with peers and supervisors on regular staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location, adhering to Monday through Friday schedules with up to 25% travel required and weekends as needed. You must pass a criminal background check and hold RBT certification. Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location
- Must be prompt to appointments
- Up to 25% travel
