Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes while collaborating with peers and supervisors through regular staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location, adhering to Monday-to-Friday schedules with weekends as needed and up to 25% travel. Pass a criminal background check and hold RBT certification to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in reaching their highest levels of performance.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid drivers license
- Up to 25% travel
