Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments while implementing individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes, collaborate with peers and supervisors, and participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and arrive promptly to appointments. Monday through Friday with weekends as needed; up to 25% travel required. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- RBT Certification (Required)
