Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Conduct in-home and in-school ABA therapy for neurodivergent children, building essential life skills under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to empower children and their families while maintaining a collaborative work environment. Complete the 40-hour RBT Course and supervised hours for BCBA certification, with opportunities for career growth to BCaBA or BCBA. Work flexible part-time or full-time schedules with 15-20% supervision, including paid training, ongoing professional development, and drive time reimbursement.
