Job Summary
Deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy for neurodivergent children, building essential life skills under the supervision of BCBAs. Provide compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families. Complete the 40-hour RBT Course and supervised hours required for BCBA certification, utilizing reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Work flexible part-time or full-time schedules in Charlotte, NC, with 15-20% supervision and access to professional development and career growth opportunities.
