Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior for clients with Autism. Directly implement skill-building and care plans while accurately recording session data via electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment and build genuine connections with families across community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a commitment to six months, and we offer paid training for those without prior experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification (required before starting)
- Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations
- All positions start part-time
- Commit to 6 months of changing our clients' lives

- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
