Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes while assisting in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, or a related field)
- Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Part-time availability (hours will vary)
