Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress, collaborating with families and clinical team members, and maintaining a positive, supportive, and safe session environment. Candidates must possess an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
