Job Summary
Provide in-home ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing ABA programs designed by the BCBA and teaching skills to meet functional goals. Responsibilities include data collection, ensuring consistent behavior plan implementation, and collaborating with families. Part-time role offering 10-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule; opportunities for BCBA supervision, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma
- Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course
- Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
- Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Pass a criminal background check
