Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans while maintaining clear communication lines with clients, families, and supervisors. Physically keep up with children aged 2-15 years, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families in a center-based setting. Proud Moments ABA provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. This role offers potential for part-time and/or full-time guaranteed hours with paid training and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Fun, creative, and innovative ideas to engage your client
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bending, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keep pace with children from 2-15 years old

- Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
