Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans while remaining responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs. Physically keep up with children ages 2-15 during sessions, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running. Maintain clear communication lines with all applicable parties and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. Join a national organization providing ABA services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
