Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and collect data to monitor individualized treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans while maintaining clear communication lines with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties. Physically keep up with clients during sessions, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling to match children aged 2-15 years old. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, and complete any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA. This center-based role offers potential for part-time or full-time guaranteed hours with paid training and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
