Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans while maintaining clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors. Physically keep pace with children ages 2-15, requiring activities such as standing, lifting 25+ pounds, running, and squatting. Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families in a center-based setting. Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
