Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) while collecting data to monitor treatment progress and report outcomes. Support the BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans and maintain clear communication lines with families, supervisors, and other parties. Physically keep up with clients during sessions, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling to match the pace of children aged 2–15 years. Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families while managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, center-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
