Job Summary
Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and collect data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized plans while maintaining clear communication lines with supervisors and parents. Physically keep up with clients during sessions, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, and squatting to match children's movement. Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors, executing any additional tasks outlined by BCBA or LBA. This role offers potential for part-time or full-time guaranteed hours in a center-based setting with paid training and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Fun, creative, and innovative ideas to engage your client
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
- Must be able to stand, squat, kneeling, and generally keep pace with children from 2-15 years old
