Job Summary
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision, delivering direct one-on-one behavioral services across home, community, school, and clinic settings. Systematically collect and document data on target behaviors while maintaining organized session notes, progress updates, and billing records compliant with HIPAA and state regulations. Utilize prompting procedures and reinforcement strategies to increase appropriate behaviors and reduce problematic ones, ensuring client safety through de-escalation techniques when necessary. Maintain professional rapport with caregivers and treatment teams, reporting critical incidents immediately and actively participating in supervision meetings and required training workshops.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or willingness and ability to complete RBT training and competency assessment immediately upon hire
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications in good standing throughout employment
- The ability to travel within the service region to conduct in-home and community-based sessions
- Commitment to the mission of MillarRich, principles of person-centered planning, self-determination, and trauma-informed care
- In-depth knowledge of person served care models, and evidence-based practices
- High level of proficiency in computer use, including electronic health records systems, documentation, and standard office software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload while effectively prioritizing responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a non-clinical audience (e.g., families, support staff)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies
- Demonstrates a strong awareness of how trauma can impact individuals and communities and approaches work with compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to inclusivity

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children or adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience in a non-traditional setting (e.g., in-home, community)
- Strong clinical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
