Job Summary
Deliver behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized treatment plans (Plan of Care) and implement ABA sessions using Behavior Skills Training (BST) techniques as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Maintain an assigned caseload, ensure timely and accurate documentation, and monitor client progress while reporting observations to the supervising BCBA. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, seeking consultation or making referrals when client needs fall outside the scope of behavioral services. This full-time position requires a high school diploma and RBT certification, with training provided for candidates not certified at hire. Pathways supports client progress and treatment goals through direct behavioral intervention services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must successfully pass the RBT exam
- Basic proficiency with computers and electronic systems for documentation and daily tasks
