Job Summary
Deliver direct ABA therapy services to assigned clients under BCBA supervision; engage with BCBA during supervision to ask questions and receive feedback; collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time; open availability Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm; work at Tinley Park, IL clinic; this role requires an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire and a high school diploma; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
