Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Deliver engaging, play-based ABA services to assigned clients, collect and record behavioral data, and complete required documentation on schedule. Requires active RBT certification within 60 days of hire and a high school diploma or equivalent. Schedule is open Monday–Friday with 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm availability; locations include Rockford, IL and Loves Park Clinic in Rockford, IL. Strong communication skills, comfort working with children and families, and collaboration with BCBAs are essential.
