Job Summary
Deliver direct ABA therapy to assigned clients under BCBA supervision; engage with BCBA during supervision to seek guidance; collect and record behavioral data and complete required documentation accurately and on time; work Monday–Friday with open availability (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) at the Willowbrook, IL clinic; collaborate with families and BCBAs to support each child’s progress; demonstrate strong communication skills and comfort working with children and families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire
