Job Summary
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in-home position for children with autism. Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, observes, records, and reports client progress, manages challenging behaviors, applies behavioral principles, assists clients in acquiring academic and life skills, communicates professionally with parents and the treatment team, completes daily data in our online database, and participates in ongoing training. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and a tablet or laptop for sessions. Salary is $19.00-$26.00 per hour, with 10-20 hours per week (weekdays, daytime/evening sessions); 6-7 month commitment; includes confidentiality and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for Children.
- Positive Attitude.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, & Auto insurance with name listed.
- Devices: Must have a Tablet or Laptop computer to use during sessions (not just a smart phone).
- Background: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check.
