Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes across Colorado, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living. Collect accurate session data, document client progress, and communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team while maintaining a consistent schedule. Participate in paid training, feedback sessions, and ongoing professional development to support continuous growth. Requires RBT certification or active pursuit, high school diploma, and ability to travel locally; after-school and weekend availability preferred. Cases are assigned near your location to minimize travel time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado
- After-school and/or weekend availability
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must be actively pursuing certification upon hire
- RBT certification must be obtained within the required onboarding timeline in accordance with Colorado Medicaid and payer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience)
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Paid training and onboarding provided
- Support available toward RBT certification
- Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
