Job Summary

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect data on client behavior during sessions. Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans while maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination. Work Monday through Friday in the later afternoons in Lancaster, Ohio, with 100% travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year
  • High School
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Lancaster, Ohio (Required)
  • Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
