Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based settings, implementing skill-building and care plans; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and coordinate with families and the clinical team. Part-time roles with paid training and opportunities for professional advancement. RBT certification is required before working; ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are willing to learn and support children with autism across home and community settings. Services will be delivered in clients' homes or community locations, with a focus on flexibility and meaningful, client-centered outcomes.
