Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families during home or community-based sessions. All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment required, though paid training is provided for those without prior experience. Candidates must hold RBT certification and possess patience and compassion for children with Autism. We offer same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
