Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a core member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, and accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Part-time roles with paid training, opportunities for fellowship/internship hours, and church collaboration with BCBA schooling programs. No minimum case requirement; flexible scheduling and the ability to choose cases. 6-month commitment requested. Prioritize compassion, patience, and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- RBT certification required before working
- Patience and compassion
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations
