Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans and accurately collect data on client behavior and progress. Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care while ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment. Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families. Uphold HIPAA guidelines and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare. Morning, afternoon, and evening cases available close to home in Bergen and Passaic Counties.
Required Qualifications
- A Registered Behavior Technician RBT
- at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare and mandatory reporting
- Physical ability to assist with safety protocols, including lifting or moving clients when needed
Desired Qualifications
