Job Summary
Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction to promote new skills under a supervising BCBA's direction. Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report findings back to the supervisor while collaborating with the BCBA and family to support meaningful behavioral changes. Requires early afternoon availability (1:30–4:00), a valid driver's license, and BACB certification. Offers high-quality supervision for BCBA credentialing, tuition reimbursement, and flexible summer hours with Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth, or families, and experience working with adolescents requiring comprehensive level care
- Availability to work early afternoon hours (e.g.1:30-4:00)
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone
