Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings while implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, assist in developing behavior intervention strategies, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. Maintain a positive relationship with clients and families while adhering to BACB ethical guidelines. Requires current RBT certification, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and flexibility. Competitive pay, accrued PTO, and flexible schedule available.
