Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record client progress data, support behavior intervention strategies, and build positive relationships with clients and families. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. RBT certification is preferred but not required. Opportunities for ongoing training, supervision, and career growth offered. Flexible scheduling and collaborative team environment stated.
