Job Summary
MeBe seeks empathetic individuals to join as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Oceanside, CA Learning Center. You will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting for kiddos with autism, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs, recording progress in Central Reach, and supporting families while maintaining professional boundaries. The role involves collaboration with supervisors, completion of required certifications (RBT preferred with on-the-job training), and adherence to ABA/company regulations. Compensation is $22-$27 per hour with paid training to become an RBT, opportunities for mentoring, and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- RBT certification preferred; must obtain within 45 days of employment
- Background check
- Ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree preferred
