Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children with autism in MeBe’s Learning Center; implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social and play skills; accurately record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach; clock in/out and submit session notes in accordance with ABA and insurance regulations; assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper-changing tasks; collaborate with families and supervisors, and contribute to treatment planning while maintaining professional boundaries; part-time schedule Monday through Friday; required to have a high school diploma or equivalent with RBT certification preferred and paid training to pursue RBT certification; training and shadowing with Supervisors provided; opportunities for mentoring and ongoing education in behavior therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred
- TRICARE certification is preferred
- Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous training in First Aid Certified and CPR is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) is preferred
