Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician at MeBe Family, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting for children with autism, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs, recording progress in Central Reach, and collaborating with Supervisors and families to support positive outcomes. You’ll participate in paid training to obtain RBT certification, shadow experienced staff, and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on evidence-based ABA approaches and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work with computers
- RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
