Registered Behavior Technician

Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism in their home or at the Learning Center. Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills while accurately recording progress in the Central Reach data collection system. Relay client progress to BCBAs for assessments, assist with lunch and bathroom breaks, and maintain a safe, organized environment. Clock in/out and submit session notes to align with strict ABA and insurance regulations. Voice questions or concerns to supervisors and build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
