Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per BCBA-created treatment plans; collect and record behavior data using Central Reach; maintain a safe, empathetic environment; collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, and caregivers; take direction from supervising staff; complete required training on guidelines, regulations, and HIPAA; accurately record appointments in practice management software and comply with billing/payroll policies; adhere to RBT ethics and confidentiality; communicate progress to clients, parents, and caregivers; work with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of general ABA practices
- At least 18+ years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
