Job Summary
Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings following treatment protocols created by BCBA. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach while maintaining a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families. Work collaboratively with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals to implement programs effectively, taking direction from supervising staff. Complete required training on organization guidelines, compliance, and state and federal regulations. Accurately record daily appointments in practice management software and comply with billing and payroll policies. Adhere to the RBT ethics code, ensuring all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality are met. Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding progress and behavioral intervention findings. Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- At least 18+ years of age
- Knowledge of general ABA practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
