Job Summary
Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA in home-based and in-center ABA therapy for children with autism. Responsibilities include collecting therapy session data, participating in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques, maintaining regular communication with supervisory staff, and delivering services in clients’ homes. Requires an RBT certification, at least 1 year of ABA experience, and a BA in a related field or progress toward a relevant degree. Availability on both weekdays and weekends in the Lexington, KY area.
