Job Summary
Provide direct support and coaching to adults with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges in residential or community settings. Train staff on behavior management techniques and individualized Positive Behavior Support plans. Collaborate with clinicians to analyze behavioral patterns and monitor progress by maintaining accurate documentation of treatment outcomes. Participate in team meetings to contribute recommendations for support plans. All schedules include weekend hours and Thursday meetings. Requires a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
- Valid Driver's License with access to an insured, registered and inspected vehicle
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and supportive approach
