Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bon Air/Richmond, VA supports ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include documentation, billing, and implementing treatments and interventions; collaborate with clinicians, families, and patients to help children learn new skills, while communicating effectively and fostering professional relationships. Ivy Rehab emphasizes growth, mentorship, and a values-driven culture within its ABA, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy programs.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
- 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven customer service and patient care experience
