Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under BCBA supervision, collecting data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions. Work across center, home, or school settings with the goal of increasing skills and reducing problem behaviors, and provide parent/caregiver training as directed. Positions may involve driving between clients and travel to various locations as clinically indicated. Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.50/hour with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for career advancement; Florida Level II background screening is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology or related field
- Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pass background check
