Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under BCBA supervision, collecting data, documenting progress, and supporting parent training; in-home, school, or other settings with potential driving between clients; benefits include competitive pay starting at $20/hour and comprehensive coverage. Must hold or be pursuing RBT certification and meet background screening requirements; opportunity for professional growth and fieldwork supervision; strong teamwork and communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred
- At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others
- Must be able to pass a background check
