Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors and strengthen behavioral supports; work closely with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery; provide parent/caregiver training as directed by the BCBA; collect data and document client records to monitor progress; communicate with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve treatment plans; provide services in center, home, or school as clinically indicated; schedule may include driving between clients.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred
- 1 year experience with ABA preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
- BACB supervision available or provided
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Florida Level II background screening required under Florida AHCA guidelines
