Job Summary
Acorn Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA treatment to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities include 1:1 direct ABA treatment, supporting parent training, data collection, and collaboration with the behavioral team under the supervision of a BCBA. Required Qualifications
- Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred
- At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
