Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under supervision of BCBA, implementing evidence-based interventions across center, home, or school. Collect data, document progress, and adjust treatment plans with the supervising BCBA; support parent/caregiver training; coordinate with team; and travel between clients as needed. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks; Bachelor's degree preferred and RBT certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check (Level II) required (Florida)
- Experience with children preferred (1-2 years)
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
