Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA therapy services for clients with autism under supervision of a BCBA in home-based settings. Deliver 1:1 sessions tailored to each client’s needs, helping build new skills and reduce challenging behaviors across homes, schools, and community settings. Document client progress and participate in ongoing training to strengthen ABA skills. Full- or part-time RBT role with ongoing supervision (minimum 10–15% BCBA supervision) and opportunities for professional advancement. Must maintain current state RBT certification and have a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to work 15–20 hours per week and promote compassionate ABA therapy.
