Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings, implementing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs for children with autism. Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records while collaborating with caregivers to support treatment goals. Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and apply evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change. Work one-on-one under consistent clinical supervision with access to ongoing training and career advancement pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
Desired Qualifications
- TRICARE certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
