Job Summary
As a full- or part-time RBT, you will implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will tailor sessions to each client’s needs, help build new skills, and reduce challenging behaviors while documenting client progress. The role includes ongoing training and BCBA supervision (10–15%), with opportunities for career advancement (to BCBA, BCaBA, Lead RBT, or Full-Time RBT). Required Qualifications
