Job Summary
In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children in homes or clinic settings under BCBA supervision; implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs; collect and record session data using EMR; collaborate with caregivers/families to support treatment goals; maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff; support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
- TRICARE certification (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
