Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA, providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in Virginia. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans. Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation. Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. Opportunities for career advancement within The Treetop, including pathways to BCBA/BCaBA roles. Training is paid and DailyPay is available. Flexible scheduling options and strong clinical support with supervision in place.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the ABA field is required
- Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience
- RBT certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
